A charge of $0.50 per administration will be added to your pets stay for food that is not pre-measured upon arrival. At The Ruff House, we have multiple separate daycare groups allowing guests to play with other dogs of similar play style and size. Please bring medications in their original packaging and we will administer as directed. At this time we are not able to give any injections or intravenous medications. Due to high demand we require a full deposit for reservations made during peak periods. Your deposit is processed at the time your reservation is made, and it is applied to your balance upon check-out.

Private time with one of our staff who will cuddle your pet, read a bed time story and prepare them for a quiet and peaceful nights rest. We require all dogs to have their updated vaccination records upon arrival. Please bring your dog’s food, pre-packaged in plastic bags, correctly portioned for each meal.

If you are late to pick your dog(s) up without notice, you will be charged $20 for every 5 minutes your dog is here after our closing time. After 3 late pickups, your dog(s) will no longer be allowed to come for daycare.
