You’ll have peace of mind knowing your pet is enjoying an impeccably clean, caring, and secure home-away-from-home. We continuously invest in proper staff training, equipment and protocols to keep our facility clean and your pet safe while in our care. This includes secure fencing, proper ventilation, fire detection, environmentally-friendly cleaning solutions and disinfectants, basic pet first aid, and strict vaccination requirements. Check-outs Saturday - Sunday during our 4pm – 6pm time slot will be charged for a day of daycare on top of the boarding stay.

Guests departing earlier than their original departure date during holiday/peak times without proper notice will be charged in full for the original reservation. Instead, we're the professional handlers who can identify the first signs of distress in your pet or safely handle pups who may not care for other dogs.
You may also choose to enrich your pets visit with our delicious homemade treats or a personal pampering session. Our receptionists will be happy to book your pets Spa Day Reservation. However, even in the safest of environments, there is risk in allowing a group of dogs to play together. Should a pet be injured, they will be transported to the appropriate animal clinic immediately and the owner contacted. Costs arising from medical care will be billed to the owner upon check-out, unless the Pet Health Assurance Warranty is applied. As the leading pet care provider in our area, The Ruff House often has limited availability, especially during busy travel and holiday seasons.

Outside agencies are designed to regulate good, quality care. These standards are designed to give you extra peace of mind that your pet is being cared for by professionals in a secure environment.
If you do not let us know, that day will be marked as a no show. After 3 no shows, you will lost your recurring daycare reservations. Physical exercise, mental stimulation, and social interaction is what your dog will get here! Our employees are trained to be 'leaders of the pack' to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for your dog.
Training methods and tools may vary depending on dog-specific issues and owner involvement in solution-based training. Our trainers are balanced in their teachings and believe there is a variety of effective tools that can be used to train a dog. Our grooming professionals will be happy to discuss our grooming options and pricing with you as pricing varies by breed, size, condition of coat and cooperation during grooming.
Our office is CLOSED from 10am – 4pm on weekends we offer boarding services. We understand you may need a day, a weekend, or even a week away but you may be worried about your furry loved one. You can board your pet with us and rest assured knowing your pet is cared for in a clean, fun, and friendly environment. We offer a variety of services to pamper your pet while you are away pampering yourself. Notification of a cancellation for holiday/peak time reservations must be provided seven days prior to check-in and 48 hours prior to check-in for non-peak time reservations or cancellations fees will apply. The cancellation policy will still apply if any required vaccinations are out of date and affect the requested reservation.
You will not have a confirmed reservation until your deposit is received. Any early pickups will be charged the full amount for that boarding stay. If you need to adjust your stay, please do so as early in advance as possible. We’re happy to accommodate dogs who are on a raw or other special diet.
